Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DineWave, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our digital menu services. However, we understand that circumstances may change.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your DineWave subscription at any time. To cancel, please navigate to your dashboard settings or contact our support team. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No future charges will be applied.
2. Refund Policy
Since our services involve significant upfront design and configuration work (concierge setup), we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 48 Hours: If you cancel your subscription within 48 hours of your initial purchase and the concierge setup has not yet begun, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Service Failure: If we fail to deliver your digital menu within the promised timeframe (usually 48-72 hours) and you choose not to proceed, a full refund will be issued.
3. No-Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Partial months of service after the concierge setup is complete.
- Failure to provide menu content or photos required for the setup.
- Changes in your business operations that render the digital menu unnecessary after the service has been active for more than 7 days.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
